This phase II trial tests the safety and effectiveness of preoperative immunotherapy with durvalumab and chemotherapy with cisplatin and gemcitabine with or without futibatinib targeted therapy in treating patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma that can be removed by surgery (resectable).
