以浙江迪耳药业有限公司生产的双氯芬酸钠缓释片（规格：0.1 g）为受试制剂，以Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG持证的双氯芬酸钠缓释片（商品名：Voltaren®Retard，规格：0.1 g）为参比制剂，考察两制剂在空腹及餐后状态下单次给药的药代动力学参数及相对生物利用度，评价两制剂是否具有生物等效性。同时评价两种制剂在健康人体中的安全性和耐受性。

[Translation]

Diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets (specification: 0.1 g) produced by Zhejiang Deer Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the test preparation, and diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets (trade name: Voltaren® Retard, specification: 0.1 g) certified by Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG were used as the reference preparation. The pharmacokinetic parameters and relative bioavailability of the two preparations after single administration in the fasting and postprandial states were investigated to evaluate whether the two preparations were bioequivalent. At the same time, the safety and tolerability of the two preparations in healthy humans were evaluated.

Subacute Osteomyelitis of the Symphysis Pubis After Left Oophoritis Caused by Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. A Case Report

Osteomyelitis of the symphysis pubis is a rarely described bone infection. The main strain of bacteria causing this infection is Staphylococcus aureus, while Pseudomonas aeruginosa is seen most commonly in intravenous drug users. Symmetrical involvement of both pubic bones is usually present. Osteomyelitis of the pubic bones following genital infections in females without a history of previous surgery is very unusual. We present a 47-year-old female patient who, to our best knowledge, is the first case in the literature to develop osteomyelitis of the pubic symphysis after adnexitis caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa without having had previous surgery in that region.

Analysis of cases of premature rupture of membranes and preterm births to identify effective management measures to prevent them

Aim: Based on retrospective analysis recognize the key factors of development of premature childbirth and elaborate highly specific criteria for individual prognosis to improve perinatal outcomes. Materials and Methods: A retrospective analysis of the birth histories of 250 women and their newborns with spontaneous preterm births at 22-36 weeks was conducted using archival data from the department for pregnant women with obstetric pathology of the State Institution “Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology named by academician OM Lukianova of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine” Results: Important risk factors for premature rupture of membranes (PROM) in preterm pregnancy include the presence of sexually transmitted diseases (χ2=31.188, p=0.001), bacterial vaginosis (χ2=30.913, p=0.0001), a history of abortion and/or preterm birth (χ2=16.62, p=0.0002), SARS during pregnancy (χ2=16.444, p=0.0002), chronic adnexitis in anamnesis (χ2=11.522, p=0.0031), inflammatory cervical disease (χ2=11.437, p=0.0032), anaemia (χ2=10.815, p=0.0044), isthmic-cervical insufficiency (ІСІ) (χ2=10.345, p=0.0057), chronic pyelonephritis with exacerbation (χ2=9.16, p=0.01), smoking during pregnancy (χ2=10.815, p=0.0044). Conclusions: The results of a retrospective analysis of 250 cases of preterm birth at 22 to 36 weeks allowed us to identify ways to effectively use existing diagnostic measures to determine readiness for pregnancy and the possibility of prolonging pregnancy to the viability of the newborn. Ways to improve the prevention of preterm birth and the design of further research were identified.

PREVALENCE OF CHLAMYDIA AMONG WOMEN IN PLACES OF DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY.

The goal is to establish serological invasive markers of Chlamydia trachomatis in female prisoners and to analyse the risk factors for the spread of chlamydial infection in prisons in Ukraine. When studying a sample of 103 female prisoners (whose average age is 35.9 years), serological markers of Chlamydia trachomatis (immunoglobulin G) were analysed. Social characteristics of prisoners and risk factors for chlamydia spread have been analysed. Markers of Chlamydia trachomatis (class G immunoglobulins) were detected in serum of 37.8% of female prisoners. In the majority of cases, chlamydia was asymptomatic or in the form of chronic endocervicitis (53.8%), adnexitis (38.5%), and urethritis (17.9%), which was a mixed process with other STIs and HIV (HSV-1 (up to 100%), HSV-2 (30%), Treponema pallidum (26.6%), Ureaplasma urealyticum (6.6%), HBV (26.6%), HCV (33.3%), HIV (30%)). Identified infection risk factors: age over 25 years, HIV, HSV, HCV, HBV, and other STIs, endocervicitis, chronic pelvic pain, urethritis, risky sexual behaviour, drug use, alcoholism, prolonged or repeated confinement, absence of family. The prevalence of Chlamydia trachomatis among female prisoners in Ukraine (37.8%) is 2.5 times higher often and significantly higher (P<0.05) than among women with a predominance of chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs and significantly higher than in the general population (20.9 per 100,000).
