Main objectives: 1. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of AK2017 injection in the treatment of children with growth hormone deficiency and idiopathic short stature. 2. To explore the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic dose-effect relationship of AK2017 injection in the treatment of children with growth hormone deficiency and idiopathic short stature, and provide a basis for the Phase III dosing. Secondary objectives: To evaluate the immunogenicity of AK2017 injection in the treatment of children with growth hormone deficiency and idiopathic short stature.
