BC008-1A

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety of BC008-1A injection in adult subjects with recurrent CNS WHO grade 4 glioma. Secondary objectives: 1. To preliminarily evaluate the anti-tumor efficacy of BC008-1A injection in adult subjects with recurrent CNS WHO grade 4 glioma (assessed according to RANO criteria, with auxiliary reference to iRANO); 2. To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of BC008-1A injection in adult subjects with recurrent CNS WHO grade 4 glioma; 3. To determine the recommended dose (RP2D) of the Phase II clinical study based on safety, preliminary efficacy and pharmacokinetic results; 4. To evaluate the immunogenicity of BC008-1A injection; 5. To evaluate the changes in KPS scores compared with baseline.
