This is an open-label, one-arm single-center phase Ⅱa study exploring the efficacy and safety of CS20AT04 (HLA-haplo Matched Allogenic Bone Marrow-Derived Stem Cells) in two subpopulation group of systemic lupus erythematosus patients - lupus nephritis and lupus cytopenia.

This observation study is planned to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the subjects who received CS20AT04 in the phase 1 clinical trial.
If the subjects who participated in the phase 1 clinical trial voluntarily agree to participate in this observation study, visit 1 and visit 2 will be conducted every 3 months according to the clinical trial protocol until 6 months after administration of CS20AT04 in the phase 1 clinical trial. And Visit 3 after 6 months, Visit 4
Visit 7 will be conducted every 12 months. During each visit, subjects are assessed for the efficacy and occurrence of adverse events.
