Main objectives: 1. Evaluate the tolerability and safety of oral TT-00973-MS tablets in patients with advanced solid tumors; 2. Explore the maximum tolerated dose and/or clinical phase II recommended dose of oral TT-00973-MS tablets in patients with advanced solid tumors Secondary objectives: 1. Describe the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single and multiple oral TT-00973-MS tablets in patients with advanced solid tumors; 2. Preliminary evaluation of the anti-tumor activity of TT-00973-MS tablets in patients with advanced solid tumors; Exploratory objectives: 1. Explore the relationship between the anti-tumor activity of TT-003-MS tablets and tumor biomarkers.
