Recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor-2(Shanghai Newsummit Biopharma)

To observe the safety and tolerability of topical application of rhKGF-2 to the skin of healthy Chinese subjects;

1. Further evaluate the safety and tolerability of freeze-dried recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor-2 for topical treatment of superficial second-degree burns on the skin; 2. Expand the sample size to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of freeze-dried recombinant human keratinocyte growth factor-2 for the treatment of superficial second-degree burns on the skin, and provide scientific experimental basis for clinical application.
