To investigate the in vivo processes of matrine and oxymatrine in healthy adult males after crossover oral administration of the test preparation and the reference preparation (both combined with Phellodendron chinense fruit oil soft capsules) on an empty stomach or after a high-fat meal, to estimate pharmacokinetic parameters, calculate relative bioavailability, determine bioequivalence, evaluate dietary effects, and guide clinical drug use.
