主要目的为评价Sabin株脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗(Vero细胞)在2月龄婴儿中接种的交叉中和反应和免疫原性。次要目的为评价Sabin株脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗(Vero细胞)在2月龄婴儿中接种的安全性。
[Translation] The primary objective was to evaluate the cross-neutralization reaction and immunogenicity of Sabin inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (Vero cells) in 2-month-old infants. The secondary objective was to evaluate the safety of Sabin inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (Vero cells) in 2-month-old infants.

[Translation] A randomized, blinded, controlled trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of sequential administration of Sabin strain inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (Vero cells) and live attenuated poliomyelitis vaccine
主要研究目的为评价Sabin株脊髓灰质炎灭活疫苗(Vero细胞)在2月龄及以上婴幼儿中序贯基础免疫后的I、II、III型中和抗体阳性率、阳转率及抗体水平。 次要研究目的为评价不同序贯基础免疫程序的安全性以及在18月龄婴幼儿中不同序贯免疫程序组间的加强免疫前、后免疫原性和安全性。
[Translation] The primary study objective was to evaluate the positive rate, positive conversion rate and antibody level of type I, II and III neutralizing antibodies of Sabin strain inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (Vero cells) in infants and young children aged 2 months and above after sequential primary immunization. The secondary study objective was to evaluate the safety of different sequential primary immunization schedules and the immunogenicity and safety before and after booster immunization in infants and young children aged 18 months and above in different sequential immunization schedule groups.
