Primary Objectives: 1. To evaluate the preliminary efficacy of oral QR059349 tablets in treating patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), using the proportion of subjects whose LDH decreased to less than 1.5 times the ULN after 28 days of treatment as an indicator. Secondary Objectives: 1. To observe and evaluate the efficacy of oral QR059349 tablets in patients with PNH based on other secondary efficacy endpoints. 2. To evaluate the safety and tolerability of oral QR059349 tablets in patients with PNH. Exploratory Objectives: 1. To explore the population pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of QR059349 tablets in patients with PNH. 2. To explore the pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics and PK/PD relationship of QR059349 tablets in patients with PNH.
