[Translation] Main study objectives: To evaluate the effect of a high-fat diet on the pharmacokinetics of hengagliflozin, repagliptin and metformin in healthy volunteers after a single oral administration of HR20031;
Secondary study objectives: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single oral administration of HR20031 tablets in healthy subjects in the fasting and high-fat meal state; To evaluate the effect of a high-fat diet on the pharmacokinetics of repagliptin acid, the main metabolite of repagliptin, in healthy volunteers after a single oral administration of HR20031.
A Bioequivalence Study of HR20031 Tablet in Healthy Subjects
The purpose of this study is to assess the bioequivalence between HR20031 FDC tablet and co-administration of SHR3824 tablets, SP2086 tablets and metformin XR tablets.
