Tecafarin Sodium

Primary objective: To study the safety and tolerability of Tecarfarin Sodium Tablets after multiple oral administration in healthy Chinese subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) characteristics of Tecarfarin Sodium Tablets after multiple oral administration, as well as the administration time and dose to maintain the international normalized ratio (INR) range of 1.7-2.0, and to provide data for later clinical trials.
