Tilidine Hydrochloride/Naloxone

(1) To compare the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the test drug and the control drug after single and multiple oral administration of tilidine hydrochloride compound sustained-release tablets in healthy adult participants; (2) To evaluate the effect of food on the pharmacokinetics of tilidine hydrochloride compound sustained-release tablets in healthy adult participants after single oral administration; (3) To evaluate the safety of tilidine hydrochloride compound sustained-release tablets in healthy adult participants after single and multiple oral administration.

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound tilidine hydrochloride capsules for analgesia of cancer pain.
