Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of BN101/belumosudil in the treatment of cGVHD patients who have undergone at least one line of systemic treatment. Secondary objective: To evaluate the PK characteristics of BN101/belumosudil in the treatment of cGVHD patients who have undergone at least one line of systemic treatment; To evaluate other efficacy indicators of BN101/belumosudil in the treatment of cGVHD patients who have undergone at least one line of systemic treatment. Exploratory objective: Patient-reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) global health score for physical and psychological function.
