Stability of ibuprofen injection combined with 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection was explored, the final dilution concentration of ibuprofen was 4 mg·mL-1, 2 mg·mL-1 and 1 mg·mL-1.Solution clarity, pH and ibuprofen level change in 24 h was observed and analyzed. When arginine-ibuprofen infection (0.92: 1.00) combined with 0.9% sodium chloride injection with final ibuprofen concentration of 4 mg·mL-1 and 1 mg·mL-1 or combined with 5% glucose infection with final concentration of 4 mg·mL-1, 2 mg·mL-1 and 1 mg·mL-1, the solution became turbid. When arginine-ibuprofen infection (1.01: 1.00) combined with 0.9% sodium chloride injection/5% glucose infection with final ibuprofen concentration of 4 mg·mL-1 and 1 mg·mL-1, the solution was clear in 24 h, and pH and ibuprofen content didn't changed significantly.Arginine-ibuprofen infection (1.01: 1.00) combined with 0.9% sodium chloride injection/5% glucose infection with final ibuprofen concentration of 4 mg·mL-1 and 1 mg·mL-1 is stable in 24 h in room temperature
