Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Duanjin Detoxification Capsules in patients recovering from opioid addiction. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of Duanjin Detoxification Capsules in patients recovering from opioid addiction; to preliminarily evaluate the effectiveness of Duanjin Detoxification Capsules in preventing relapse in patients recovering from opioid addiction.

To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Duanjin Drug Relief Capsules in healthy Chinese subjects after taking them under single and multiple escalating doses. Under the premise that the blood drug concentration is generally higher than the minimum detection limit, the pharmacokinetic characteristics of Duanjin Drug Relief Capsules in humans are preliminarily explored to provide a reference for subsequent clinical trials.
