Cost of product sales, on a GAAP basis, included higher acquisition accounting inventory fair value step-up expense in 3Q25 as compared to 3Q24. Selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expenses, on a GAAP and non-GAAP adjusted basis, increased in 3Q25 compared to 3Q24, primarily due to the Avadel litigation settlement of $90 .0 million and a Xyrem antitrust litigation settlement of $61.5 million , and, to a lesser extent, higher compensation-related expenses driven by higher headcount along with increased investment in sales and marketing in support of our commercial portfolio.
