Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single oral dose of THDBH130 in healthy adults under fasting conditions, and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of multiple oral doses of THDBH130 in healthy adults Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD characteristics) of single and multiple oral doses of THDBH130 in healthy adults under fasting conditions
