[Translation] Pharmacokinetics and safety of HR20013 for injection in subjects with liver impairment and normal liver function
主要目的:评价注射用HR20013在中度(Child-Pugh B)肝功能损害受试者与肝功能正常受试者药代动力学差异,为制定肝功能损害患者的临床用药方案提供依据。
次要目的:评价中度肝功能损害受试者和肝功能正常受试者单次输注HR20013后的安全性和耐受性。
[Translation] Primary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic differences of HR20013 for injection in subjects with moderate (Child-Pugh B) liver function impairment and subjects with normal liver function, and to provide a basis for formulating clinical medication regimens for patients with liver function impairment.
Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of HR20013 after a single infusion in subjects with moderate liver function impairment and subjects with normal liver function.
