[Translation] A phase I clinical study of the safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of injectable boron [10B]phalan and the boron neutron capture therapy system in patients with recurrent or unresectable head and neck malignancies.
主要目的: 1)评估注射用硼[10B]法仑治疗复发或不可切除的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者的安全性; 2)评估硼中子俘获治疗系统治疗复发或不可切除的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者的安全性; 3)确定硼中子俘获治疗(BNCT)的II期推荐剂量(RP2D)。 次要目的: 1)评估注射用硼[10B]法仑和硼中子俘获治疗系统的BNCT在复发或不可切除的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者中的有效性; 2)评估BNCT实施中的硼中子俘获治疗系统的器械性能(器械稳定性、器械故障发生情况和整体性能评价等); 3)评估注射用硼[10B]法仑在复发或不可切除的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者中的药代动力学(PK)特征。
[Translation] Primary objectives: 1) Evaluate the safety of injectable boro[10B]phalan in the treatment of patients with recurrent or unresectable head and neck malignancies; 2) Evaluate the safety of the boron neutron capture therapy system in the treatment of patients with recurrent or unresectable head and neck malignancies; 3) Determine the recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) for boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT). Secondary objectives: 1) Evaluate the efficacy of injectable boro[10B]phalan and the boron neutron capture therapy system for BNCT in patients with recurrent or unresectable head and neck malignancies; 2) Evaluate the device performance of the boron neutron capture therapy system during BNCT (device stability, device failure, and overall performance evaluation); 3) Evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of injectable boro[10B]phalan in patients with recurrent or unresectable head and neck malignancies.
