Objective: To establish an UHPLC-MS fingerprint of Shenqi Fuzheng injection for more comprehensive control of the product quality. Methods: UHPLC-MS technol. was used. The total ion current chromatogram was collected, and the common characteristic peaks were determined with accurate mass extraction The peak of astragaloside IV reference was employed to calculate the relative retention time of the characteristic peaks and establish a characteristic fingerprint. Results: The 18 common peaks were determined, and the behaviors of precision, stability and repeatability were good. Conclusion: The UHPLC-MS fingerprint was beneficial for more comprehensive evaluation for Shenqi Fuzheng injection, which was applicable in the rapid identification of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and easy to be popularized in practice.
