Main purpose: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic differences of YZJ-1139 tablets in subjects with mild (Child-Pugh A), moderate (Child-Pugh B) hepatic impairment and subjects with normal hepatic function, in order to establish the basis for formulating treatment for patients with hepatic impairment. Provide the basis for the patient's clinical medication regimen. Secondary purpose: To evaluate the safety of subjects with mild or moderate hepatic impairment and subjects with normal hepatic function after a single oral administration of YZJ-1139 tablets.

Phase I study on the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of YZJ-5053 tablets in subjects with advanced solid tumors

1) To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single oral administration of YZJ-1139 tablets in healthy subjects; 2) Evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of single oral administration of YZJ-1139 tablets in healthy subjects; 3) To evaluate the effect of a single oral administration of YZJ-1139 tablets on the QT interval of healthy subjects.
