To assess the expression of COL7A1 before and after treatment in DEB patients. Phase II Primary Study Objectives To evaluate the efficacy of WG1025 in the treatment of DEB. Secondary Study Objectives To evaluate the efficacy of WG1025 in the treatment of DEB. To evaluate the safety of WG1025 in the treatment of DEB. To evaluate the pharmacokinetics of WG1025. To evaluate the immunogenicity of WG1025 in DEB patients. To assess the expression of COL7A1 before and after treatment in DEB patients. Expansion Study Objectives To evaluate the safety of WG1025 in the long-term treatment of DEB.

Primary purpose: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple intratumoral administration of VT1092 in subjects with recurrent or metastatic solid tumors, explore the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) in humans, and recommend a safe dose range for subsequent extended trials and Phase II clinical studies of this product. Secondary purpose: To evaluate the biodistribution and biological effects of single and multiple intratumoral administration of VT1092 in humans. Preliminary evaluation of the objective response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) of VT1092 in the treatment of recurrent or metastatic solid tumors.
