Primary objective: To compare the differences in pharmacokinetic parameters of voriconazole tablets (specification: 200 mg, test preparation) produced by Wuhan Qirui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and voriconazole tablets (specification: 200 mg) produced by Pfizer Italia S.r.l. in healthy subjects under the condition of single fasting administration. The bioequivalence of the two preparations was evaluated by the main pharmacokinetic parameters. Secondary objective: To observe the safety indicators of the test preparation and the reference preparation after a single fasting oral administration in healthy subjects, and to evaluate the safety of voriconazole tablets.

Primary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of posaconazole injection (300 mg/16.7 mL) developed and produced by Wuhan Qirui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in healthy volunteers under fasting conditions; to evaluate the bioequivalence of posaconazole injection (300 mg/16.7 mL) developed and produced by Wuhan Qirui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and posaconazole injection (300 mg/16.7 mL, Noxafil®) certified by MERCK SHARP DOHME in healthy volunteers under fasting conditions. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of posaconazole injection (300 mg/16.7 mL) developed and produced by Wuhan Qirui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. under fasting conditions.
