The goal of this interventional clinical trial is to test the safety and efficacy of two medical devices in subjects aged from 3 months old for the treatment of colds, rhinitis, sinusitis, and other upper respiratory infections/conditions for 7 days.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a new mouthwash can help soothing oral mucosa in adult patients with sensitive gums. The main questions it aims to answer are:
* Does the investigated mouthwash soothe red gum?
* Has the mouthwash antibacterial activities? Researchers will compare with a marketed mouthwash to see if the observed effect is due to the formula or to the general rinsing effect of any mouthwash.
Participants will be asked to use the investigated mouthwash or the comparative mouthwash twice a day for 21 days.

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the safety and efficacy of a medical device in subjects with cerumen in excess. The main questions it aims to answer are:
* Does the medical device induce skin irritation in the ear canal?
* Does the medical device reduce obstruction of ear canal induced by excessive cerumen?
Participants will use the device in each ear, once a day, every 3 days at home. Researchers will compare the medical device group to a control group who will not use the medical device.
