Main purpose: This study used lenvatinib mesylate capsules developed by Jilin Aodong Taonan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the test preparation. According to the relevant regulations of bioequivalence tests, Eisai (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.'s certified LENVIMA® was used as the reference preparation to conduct human bioequivalence tests in fasting/postprandial states to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy subjects. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy subjects.

主要目的：本研究以吉林敖东洮南药业股份有限公司生产的磷酸奥司他韦胶囊（规格：75mg/粒）为受试制剂，Roche Pharma（Schweiz）AG持证的磷酸奥司他韦胶囊（商品名：Tamiflu®，规格：75mg/粒）为参比制剂，进行空腹/餐后状态下人体生物等效性试验，评价受试制剂和参比制剂在健康受试者体内的生物等效性。次要目的：观察受试制剂和参比制剂在健康受试者的安全性。

Efficacy of Qingnaozhitong capsule in treatment of elder patients with migraine

Objective: To explore the efficacy of Qingnaozhitong capsule in treatment of elder patients with migraine.Methods: There were an exptl. group given Qingnaozhitong capsules and a control group given Zhennaoning capsules.The efficacy, Chinese medicine syndrome, vital signs and laboratory examination were observedResults: Comparing with the control group, the efficacy and Chinese medicine syndrome in the exptl. group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.01), and the times and durations of headache were significantly improved (P<0.001 or P<0.05).Conclusions: Qingnaozhitong capsule has effect in treatment of elder patients with migraine.

Determination of furostanol saponin a in crude saponins from Tribulus terrestris by HPLC

Method for determination of furostanol saponin a in crude saponins from Tribulus terrestris by HPLC was established.The chromatog. conditions were as follow: Diamonsil C¹⁸ column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm), acetonitrile -water (29:71) as mobile phase, flow rate at 0.7 mL·min^-1, flow rate at 2.0 L·min^-1.There was a good linearity within the range of 1.376∼8.256 μg.The average recovery rate was 100.24% with RSD of 1.6%.The sample contents were 80.8∼107.6 mg·g^-1.This method is reliable, simple and accurate.

The paper reported the efficacy of Tribulus terrestris saponins in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.The frequency, duration and pain degree were significantly improved after treatment by Tribulus terrestris saponins (P<0.01), and the efficacy is better in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05).
