Main purpose: Using Beijing Yikangxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s Safinamide Mesylate Tablets (Specification: 50 mg) as the test preparation and Zambon S.p.A.'s certified Safinamide Mesylate Tablets (Xadago®, Specification: 50 mg) as the reference preparation, according to the relevant provisions of the bioequivalence test, to investigate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in healthy subjects. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy subjects.

Bosentan tablets (specification: 125 mg/tablet) produced by Beijing Yikangxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were used as the test preparation, and Bosentan tablets (specification: 125 mg/tablet) produced by Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. were used as the reference preparation. According to the relevant provisions of the bioequivalence test, the bioequivalence of the two preparations in healthy adult males was investigated.

Main purpose: Using Tandospirone Citrate Tablets (Specification: 10 mg/tablet) of Beijing Yikangxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the test preparation and Tandospirone Citrate Tablets (trade name: Sediel®, specification: 10 mg/tablet) of the original research company Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Co., Ltd. as the reference preparation, according to the relevant provisions of the bioequivalence test, the bioequivalence of the two preparations in healthy human bodies was investigated. Secondary purpose: To observe the safety of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy subjects.
