To evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics of YKYY029 injection

Primary study objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single subcutaneous administration of YKYY015 injection in healthy adult volunteers. Secondary objective: To preliminarily evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics, immunogenicity and effect on Qtc interval of a single administration of YKYY015 injection in healthy adult volunteers.

Main objectives: 1. Based on the Phase I clinical tolerance trial, conduct tolerance and safety studies of multiple dosing to obtain the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) data of multiple dosing. 2. Conduct pharmacokinetic studies of single and multiple dosing to investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of CT102 for injection and calculate the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters. Secondary objectives: Conduct multiple dosing efficacy studies to preliminarily observe the changes in the subjects' tumor size relative to the baseline, preliminarily establish an exposure-effect relationship, and recommend a dosing regimen for the next phase of clinical trials.
