/ Not yet recruitingNot Applicable Acupuncture in Infantile Colic - A Randomised Trial.
About 10 per cent of all new born babies in Sweden have infant colic. This may affect the the whole family and the early connection between the baby and the parents. Although, there are no effective and safe treatment. Acupuncture is an environmental friendly method that affects pain, anxiety, sleep and the function of gastrointestinal system. Several studies have shown various results, and there are a need for high-qualitative randomised controlled trials to investigate the proposed effect further. 128 children will be randomised into two groups; acupuncture at LI4 or no acupuncture, parents will be blinded. Statistical calculations will be performed on the content of the diaries (bowel movement frequency, crying time, feeding). Registration of crying/crying in connection with acupuncture treatment, i.e. when the needle touches the skin or later until the needle is removed and 30 seconds after.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare stepped care to stratified care as overall healthcare models for children and adolescents aged 8-17 with anxiety disorders. It addresses one main question:
• Is stepped care non-inferior to stratified care in supporting participants to achieve a treatment response?
Researchers will compare two care models:
* Stepped care, where all participants begin with 14 weeks of internet-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) and receive an additional 14 weeks of personalized in-person CBT if needed.
* Stratified care, where participants are assigned to either 14 weeks of ICBT or 14 weeks of in-person CBT based on clinical complexity, and may also receive additional 14 weeks of in-person CBT if necessary.
Participants will:
* Be randomly assigned to one of the two care models.
* Complete a wide range of assessments at baseline, during treatment, and at 4, 8, 12, and 24 months, with the 8-month point as the primary endpoint.
* Receive either ICBT, in-person CBT, or both, depending on their care model and response to treatment.
* Participate in ancillary studies involving DNA sampling, cognitive testing, and national registry linkages to help predict treatment response and long-term outcomes.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if sustained cord circulation during resuscitation improves outcomes for term neonates born by emergency Cesarean section. The main question it aims to answer is: Does sustained cord circulation reduce admission rates to neonatal care?
Researchers will compare resuscitation with sustained cord circulation to standard resuscitation practices to see if it provides better outcomes.
Participants (term neonates born by emergency Cesarean section) will:
Receive resuscitation with either sustained cord circulation or standard care Be monitored for admission to neonatal care and other predefined health outcomes
