(1) Evaluate the efficacy of ENN0403 in DME subjects; (2) Evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics of ENN0403 in DME subjects.

This study was divided into two phases: the first phase evaluated the safety, tolerability, PK, and PD of ENN0403 in patients undergoing elective extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery who were at high risk of postoperative AKI; the second phase evaluated the efficacy, safety, PK, and PD of ENN0403 in the prevention and treatment of AKI with multiple doses in patients undergoing elective extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery who were at high risk of postoperative AKI.

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of ENN0403 capsules after single and multiple oral administration in healthy Chinese adult subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of ENN0403 capsules after single and multiple oral administration in healthy Chinese adult subjects. Exploratory objective: To evaluate the PD effects of ENN0403 on target activity in plasma after single and multiple administration in healthy Chinese adult subjects.
