To evaluate the safety and efficacy of human coagulation factor VIII preparation produced by Chongqing Hualan Bioengineering Co., Ltd. in the treatment of patients with hemophilia A.

Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy of intravenous immunoglobulin (10%) in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) by improving platelet count. Secondary objectives: 1) To observe and evaluate efficacy using other secondary efficacy endpoints; 2) To observe and evaluate safety, including observation of clinical signs and symptoms and laboratory indicators, incidence and severity of adverse events.
