Primary objective: To compare the differences in the extent and rate of absorption of bilastine oral solution (120 mL: 0.3 g) provided by Beijing Yuanda Jiuhe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and bilastine tablets (20 mg) licensed by Menarini International Operations Luxembourg S.A. in healthy Chinese population under fasting conditions. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of bilastine oral solution (120 mL: 0.3 g) provided by Beijing Yuanda Jiuhe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and bilastine tablets (20 mg) licensed by Menarini International Operations Luxembourg S.A. in healthy study participants under fasting conditions. To evaluate the palatability of bilastine oral solution in healthy Chinese population and provide a basis for the taste of bilastine oral solution.

Primary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of single and multiple oral administration of GPN00204 in healthy Chinese adult subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) characteristics of single and multiple oral administration of GPN00204 in healthy Chinese adult subjects, and the differences in PK parameters of each component after single and multiple oral administration of Eucalyptus citrinum enteric-coated capsules (Cheno®, 0.3g); to evaluate the effect of food on the pharmacokinetics of GPN00204.
