Primary objective: To compare the absorption rate and extent of spironolactone tablets (test formulation) provided by Jiangsu Changjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. with those of the original manufacturer, Piramal Healthcare UK Limited (Pfizer Inc.) (trade name: Aldactone), in healthy adult subjects, in accordance with relevant regulations for bioequivalence studies, and to examine the human bioequivalence of the two formulations. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of the test formulation spironolactone tablets and the reference formulation Aldactone in healthy adult subjects.

Primary Study Objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics and bioequivalence of a single oral dose of irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide tablets (test formulation: irbesartan 150 mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg per tablet, sponsor: Jiangsu Changjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and reference formulation (trade name: Ambono®, irbesartan 150 mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg per tablet, licensee: Sanofi Winthrop Industrie) under fasting conditions in healthy adult participants in China. Secondary Study Objective: To investigate the safety of irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide tablets (test formulation: irbesartan 150 mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg per tablet) and reference formulation (trade name: Ambono®, irbesartan 150 mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg per tablet) in healthy adult participants in China.
