Primary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of Kepashen Hydrochloride Tablets in subjects with moderate renal insufficiency, severe renal insufficiency and normal renal function, and to provide a scientific basis for the rational clinical medication of patients with renal insufficiency. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Kepashen Hydrochloride Tablets in subjects with moderate renal insufficiency, severe renal insufficiency and normal renal function.

Primary objective: To investigate the effect of the combined use of Kepprasen hydrochloride tablets and midazolam on the pharmacokinetics of midazolam compared with the use of midazolam alone. Secondary objective: To investigate the safety and tolerability of the combined use of Kepprasen hydrochloride tablets and midazolam.

Primary objective: To evaluate the effect of moderate hepatic insufficiency on the pharmacokinetic characteristics of Keprasen hydrochloride tablets, and to provide a scientific basis for the rational clinical use of drugs in patients with hepatic insufficiency. Secondary objective: To evaluate the effect of moderate hepatic insufficiency on the safety of Keprasen hydrochloride tablets.
