Main purpose: Using pharmacokinetic parameters as the primary endpoint evaluation index, compare the pharmacokinetic behavior of the test preparation imatinib mesylate tablets (specification: 400 mg, licensee: Hetero Labs Limited) and the reference preparation imatinib mesylate tablets (specification: 400 mg, licensee: Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation) in healthy subjects after oral administration in the fed state, and evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary purpose: Observe the safety of the test preparation imatinib mesylate tablets and the reference preparation imatinib mesylate tablets in healthy subjects.

Secondary purpose: Observe the safety of the test preparation pazopanib tablets and the reference preparation pazopanib tablets in healthy subjects.

Main research purpose: This study uses nilotinib capsules developed by Renhe Xidelong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the test preparation. According to the relevant regulations of bioequivalence studies, nilotinib capsules (specification: 200mg, trade name: Dashina) produced by the licensed manufacturer Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG are used as the reference preparation to evaluate the bioequivalence of the test preparation and the reference preparation after administration under fasting conditions. Secondary research purpose: Observe the safety of healthy subjects after taking the test preparation nilotinib capsules or the reference preparation nilotinib capsules (trade name: Dashina).
