Due to the complex composition of bee venom, different anal. methods were used to analyze different sources of bee venom, which will provide theor. basis for the development and utilization of bee venom in the future.Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE), size exclusion chromatog.-high performance liquid chromatog.(SEC-HPLC) and high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS) were used to analyze the distribution of protein and polypeptide components.At the same time, the melittin content was determined by liquid chromatog.The results showed that the protein polypeptide composition and melittin content of different sources of bee venom were different, which provided a direction for the selection of research methods of bee venom components in the future.
