The aim of this clinical trial is to assess whether the ROOMMATE system can effectively support the rehabilitation of adults recovering from subacute strokes. The study will be conducted at the neuromotor rehabilitation inpatient clinics of IRCCS Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi in Florence, Italy, and the rehabilitation inpatient unit of Elias University Emergency Hospital in Bucharest, Romania.
Primary Objectives:
-To assess the effects on functional recovery in subacute stroke survivors of a technological rehabilitation station placed at patients' bedsides, combined with dedicated coaching provided to all users (patients, informal caregivers, and formal caregivers).
Secondary Objectives:
* Evaluation of the effects of the experimental treatment on patient satisfaction, upper limb motor skills, manual dexterity, global cognitive functioning, anxiety, and depression.
* Assessment of user experience, acceptance, and usability of the technology by patients and caregivers.
* Evaluation of social impact using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) ratio of the experimental treatment.
Participants randomized into one of the experimental groups, in addition to receiving conventional care, will use the ROOMMATE system during their hospitalization. The system will be made available to patients and will be free for them to use at their discretion.
The station will include:
Multimedia monitors (Khymeia home kit): These will deliver cognitive and motor serious games, educational and rehabilitative content, as well as infotainment specifically developed by the clinical partners of the project.
An inertial sensor kit: This integrates with the monitors to guide users through virtual reality environments.

Functional recovery of the upper limb after a cerebral stroke is one of the major critical issues in rehabilitation. The advent of innovative technologies can be helpful to rehabilitators and intervene where there is no other solution but a clear therapeutic indication. The use of functional electrostimulators can actively and functionally support movements, helping people affected by stroke to complete a motor gesture taking into account their residual capacities.

The goal of this clinical trial is to demonstrate the efficacy of multi domain robotic and technological rehabilitation on everyday life and satisfaction in children with neuromotor conditions. The main questions it aims to answer are:
* Will we have significant changes using the COPM in children taking part in the sperimental group?
* The children who will undergo the multidomain treatment will also experience functional improvements in individual areas?
* Thy type of treatment will improve motivation, active participation and satisfaction in children?
Researcher will compare the multidomain treatment to standard care proposed by the included clinical centers: single domain rehabilitation with one innovative device. Both groups will undergo also conventional multidomain therapy.
This will be done to see if using a holistic approach, and including every need of the child in the rehabilitation plan, can lead to greater improvements in quality of life compared to the control group.
Participant will:
* Be evaluated 3 times with clinical outcome measures
* Take part in a rehabilitation program, at least 20 x 2hours sessions treatment, organized in:
* 4 weeks, 5 times per week
* 7 weeks, 3 times per week
