Taking Chinese healthy subjects as test subjects, a self-cross-control experimental design was adopted to determine the plasma concentrations of metformin and pioglitazone in healthy subjects after administration of pioglitazone-metformin tablets produced by Shanghai Qingping Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Over time, the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated, and the pioglitazone and metformin tablets [trade name: Pioglitazone® compound tablets LD, specification: 15mg/500mg] produced by Takeda Tube Co., Ltd. with a license were used as a reference to evaluate the differences between preparations. The bioequivalence of pioglitazone and metformin tablets was observed in Chinese healthy subjects.

Primary objective: To conduct a bioequivalence study using Telmisartan Amlodipine Tablets (specification 80mg/5mg) held by Shanghai Qingping Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the test preparation and Telmisartan Amlodipine Tablets (trade name: Twynsta. Specification 80mg/5mg) held by Boehringer lngelheim lnternational GmbH as the reference preparation, and compare the bioequivalence of the two preparations under fasting and postprandial conditions. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of a single oral dose of Telmisartan Amlodipine Tablets test preparation (T) and reference preparation (trade name: Twynsta, R) in healthy adult subjects in China.

Primary objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of sodium valproate tablets (0.2 g/tablet) produced by Shanghai Qingping Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and sodium valproate tablets (trade name: DEPAKENE®, 200 mg/tablet) produced by Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd. under fasting conditions, to compare their relative bioavailability, and to evaluate the bioequivalence between the two preparations. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of a single oral administration of 0.2 g of the test preparation sodium valproate tablets or the reference preparation (trade name: DEPAKENE®, 200 mg/tablet) in healthy subjects.
