Secondary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of AC-101 tablets after multiple oral administration in healthy subjects. To evaluate the effect of food on the pharmacokinetic characteristics of AC-101 tablets after oral administration in healthy subjects. Other objectives: To evaluate the metabolites of AC-101 in plasma after multiple administration.

Primary purpose: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of AC-003 capsules in the treatment of aGVHD; Secondary purpose: To observe the preliminary efficacy of AC-003 capsules in the treatment of aGVHD; To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of AC-003 capsules in subjects with aGVHD; Other purposes: To study biomarkers/pharmacodynamic markers after AC-003 administration.

Primary objective: To evaluate the efficacy of AC-201 tablets in subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Secondary objectives: To evaluate the safety of AC-201 tablets in subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis; To evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of AC-201 tablets in subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis; To evaluate the changes in pharmacodynamic markers of AC-201 tablets in subjects with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
