Using Corynebacterium glutamicum as the original strain for mutagenesis by low-energy ion beam implantation, a stable L-valine hyper-producing mutant strain was obtained.After 96 h fermentation in shaking flask, the concentration of L-valine reached to 38.0 g·L^-1, and increased by 18.01% compared to the original strain.By optimizing the concentration of glucose and corn syrup and the culture conditions, the concentration of L-valine in shake flask was up to 40.6 g·L^-1, and the concentration of L-valine could reach to 70 g·L^-1 in 50-L fermentor.

Using Corynebacterium glutamicum as original strain, through low energy N⁺ implanting into C. glutamicum, combining with isoleucine hydroxamic (Ile Hx) and other amino acid structure analogs to conduct directed screening, one high L-isoleucine yield mutant strain was obtained.After 72 h fermentation in shaking flask, the concentration of L-Ile was 21-22 g/L, and after 51 h fermentation in 50-L fermentor, the concentration of L-Ile was 32 g/L.
