After healthy subjects took a single oral dose of rosuvastatin calcium tablets (test preparation) and commercially available rosuvastatin calcium tablets (reference preparation), the concentration of rosuvastatin in plasma was measured, the absorption rate and extent of the test preparation and the reference preparation were studied, and whether the test preparation and the reference preparation were bioequivalent was evaluated.

The pharmacokinetic study of acamprosate calcium enteric-coated tablets developed by our company was conducted. By studying the time course of blood drug concentration after multiple oral doses of this product in healthy subjects, estimating the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters, and conducting a study on the effect of diet, the aim is to provide a basis for clinical use of the drug and a basis for the application of the drug.
