The method of quality control of curcumin in Shibaweiheziliniao pills by RP-HPLC was established.A C₁₈ column was used with a mobile phase consisted of mixture of acetonitrile-4% glacial acetic acid (48:52) at flow rate of 0.8 mL/min^-1.And the UV detector wavelength was 430 nm.The linear range of curcumin was 0.01-0.20 μg (r = 0.9999).The average recovery was 99.08% (RSD = 1.44%, n = 6).This method is accurate, simple and rapid, and can be used in quality control of Shibaweiheziliniao pills.

Determination of gallic acid in Qingfei Zhike Wan by RP-HPLC

The method of quality control of gallic acid in Qingfei Zhike Wan by HPLC was established.The C₁₈ column was used with a mobile phase consisted of mixture of acetonitrile-4% phosphoric acid (5:95) by flow rate of 0.8 mL/min^-1 in this method.UV detector wavelength was 272 nm and the linear range of gallic acid was 0.4-2.0 μg (r = 0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.45% (RSD = 1.14%, n = 6).The method is accurate, simple, and rapid.It can be used in quality control of Qingfei Zhike Wan.

Accelerated stability of hydroxy safflor yellow A in Carthami Flos

Objective: To study the accelerated stability of Hydroxy safflor yellow A in Carthami Flos and provide a reasonable experiment basis for Carthami Flos and its related preparation storage.Methods: Hydroxy safflor yellow A in Carthami Flos was determined by high performance liquid chromatog., which was exposed to different temperature and humidity.Results: Temperature and humidity are related to the stability of Hydroxy safflor yellow A.Conclusion: Under lower temperature and humidity condition, Hydroxy safflor yellow A has a good stability.
