Primary Objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the test formulation flurbiprofen patch (10cm x 14cm, containing 40mg flurbiprofen, manufactured and supplied by Beijing Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference formulation flurbiprofen patch (trade name: Zepolas®, 10cm x 14cm, containing 40mg flurbiprofen, licensed by Mikasa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and supplied by Beijing Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) in healthy adult participants in a Chinese trial, evaluating their bioequivalence under fasting conditions, and providing a reference for the drug's application and clinical use. Secondary Objectives: To evaluate the safety of the test and reference formulations under fasting single-dose application in healthy adult participants in a Chinese trial; to evaluate the adhesion of the test and reference formulations during administration in healthy participants in a Chinese trial; and to evaluate the skin reactivity of the test and reference formulations in healthy participants in a Chinese trial.

Primary Objective: To evaluate the superiority of the investigational drug over placebo (a patch analogue without active ingredient) in relieving knee osteoarthritis pain based on the primary efficacy endpoint. To evaluate the clinical efficacy equivalence of the investigational drug over the positive control drug (MOHRUS® manufactured by Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) in relieving knee osteoarthritis pain based on the primary efficacy endpoint. Secondary Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of the investigational drug in treating patients with knee osteoarthritis based on secondary efficacy endpoints; to evaluate the safety of the investigational drug in treating patients with knee osteoarthritis; to evaluate the adhesion of the investigational drug during administration to patients with knee osteoarthritis; and to evaluate the skin reactivity of the investigational drug at the application site to patients with knee osteoarthritis.

Primary objective: To evaluate the pharmacokinetic (PK) effects of a high-fat diet on a single oral dose of NHKC-1 tablets in healthy Chinese adult subjects. Secondary objective: To evaluate the PK characteristics of a single oral dose of NHKC-1 tablets taken in healthy Chinese adult subjects, whether fasting or after a meal. To evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single oral dose of NHKC-1 tablets in healthy Chinese adult subjects.
