To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound omeprazole capsules (omeprazole 20 mg/sodium bicarbonate 1100 mg) in the treatment of active duodenal ulcer

Primary objective: To compare the relative bioavailability of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (Ⅱ) produced by Fuxiang (Dalian) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in healthy volunteers with that of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (trade name: FORTAMET) produced by Watson Laboratories according to the relevant provisions of bioequivalence studies, and to investigate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in humans. Secondary objective: To observe the pharmacokinetic characteristics and safety of the test preparation metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (Ⅱ) and the reference preparation metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (trade name: FORTAMET) in healthy volunteers.
