Phase II Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Immunogenicity of Recombinant Recombinant Norovirus Bivalent (GI. 1 / GII. 4) Vaccine(Hansenula Polymorpha) in Healthy People Aged Aged From 6 Months to 59 Years
Phase II clinical study will explore dose and safety, immunogenicity in 4 age groups, including 18-59 years old group, 6-17 years old group, 3-5 years old group, 6-35 months old group, with a total of 1716 subjects.
Phase I/II Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability and Immunogenicity of Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine (CHO Cell) in Healthy People Aged 3 Years and Older
phase I study will evaluate safety and immunogenicity of a recombinant SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (CHO cell) in Chinese healthy population aged 3 years and older. 300 subjects will be enrolled and divided into 5 age groups: 18-59 years old group, 60-69 years old group, ≥70 years old group, 9-17 years old group and 3-8 years old group. In each group, there are two regimen cohort: low-dose at 0,30, 60 schedule and high-dose at 0,30,60 schedule. The subjects in regimen cohort will be randomized to receive vaccines or placebos at a ratio of 2:1.
Phase II clinical study will explore dose and immunization procedures in 5 age groups, including 18-59 years old group, 60-69 years old group, ≥70 years old group, 9-17 years old group, and 3-8 years old group, with a total of 3280 subjects.
A Randomized, Blind, Placebo-controlled Phase I Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Immunogenicity of Recombinant Norovirus Bivalent (GI. 1 / GII. 4) Vaccine (Hansenulapolymorpha) in Healthy People Aged 6 Months to 59 Years
A total of 450 subjects were enrolled, divided into four age groups, including 18-59 years, 6-17 years, 3-5 years, and 6-35 months. There are three types of the test vaccine component in each age group. A total of 30 people in each dose group were vaccinated with the test vaccine or placebo 1 or placebo 2, respectively, in a ratio of 3: 1: 1.
The 18-59-year-old, 6-17-year-old, and 3-5-year-old age groups were vaccinated 2 times at a time interval of 28 days. The 6-35 month age group is divided into two groups, Group 1 is inoculated with 2 doses interval of 28 days each, and Group 2 is inoculated with 3 doses interval of 28 days.
