[Translation] A multicenter, open-label phase II clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of VSA012 injection in Chinese patients with active lupus nephritis, primary IgA nephropathy, C3 glomerulonephropathy, and immune complex-mediated membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis.

主要目的：评价VSA012在中国补体相关性肾病受试者中的有效性；评价VSA012在中国补体相关性肾病受试者中的安全性和耐受性。次要目的：评价VSA012在中国补体相关性肾病受试者中的药代动力学（PK）特征；评价VSA012在中国补体相关性肾病受试者中的药效学（PD）特征。
