An Hui Tai Du Sheng Wu Yi Yao Ke Ji You Xian Gong Si

Primary objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of the test preparation amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets (specifications: 5mg/10mg, licensed by Anhui Peptide Biotechnology Co., Ltd., produced by Yusongyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets (Up to One®, specifications: 5mg/10mg, produced by Pfizer Manufacturing Deutschland GmbH) in healthy adult subjects in the fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in the fasting and fed state. Secondary objective: To study the safety of the test preparation amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets and the reference preparation amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets (Up to One®) in healthy adult subjects in the fasting and fed state.

Primary objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of the test preparation levamlodipine besylate tablets (specification: 2.5 mg, provided by Anhui Peptide Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation amlodipine besylate tablets (Norvasc; specification: 5 mg; licensee: Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.) in healthy adult subjects in the fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in the fasting and fed state. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of the test preparation levamlodipine besylate tablets and the reference preparation amlodipine besylate tablets (Norvasc) in Chinese healthy subjects in the fasting and fed state after a single oral administration.

Main study objectives To study the pharmacokinetics of the test preparation bisoprolol amlodipine tablets (specifications: 5 mg bisoprolol fumarate and 5 mg amlodipine besylate (calculated as amlodipine), produced by Yusongyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation bisoprolol amlodipine tablets (specifications: 5 mg bisoprolol fumarate and 5 mg amlodipine besylate (calculated as amlodipine), produced by Egis Pharmaceuticals PLC) in healthy adult subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary study objectives To evaluate the safety of the test preparation (T) bisoprolol amlodipine tablets and the reference preparation (R) bisoprolol amlodipine tablets (Kangxinan®) in healthy subjects after a single oral administration in the fasting and fed state.
