Primary objective: To compare the absorption rate and extent of acipimox capsules provided by Chengdu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Di'ao Group with that of acipimox capsules (trade name: Olbetam®, reference preparation) certified by Pfizer Limited in healthy human bodies according to the relevant provisions of bioequivalence test, and to investigate the bioequivalence of the two preparations in human bodies. Secondary objective: To observe the safety of the test preparation acipimox capsules and the reference preparation acipimox capsules (Olbetam®) in healthy subjects.

The main purpose of the study is to observe the pharmacokinetic characteristics of a single oral dose of 20 mg (fasting/fed) of the test preparation vonoprazan fumarate tablets (specification: 20 mg/tablet, Di'ao Group Chengdu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation vonoprazan fumarate tablets (Vocinti®, specification: 20 mg/tablet, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited) in healthy adult Chinese subjects, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations under fasting and fed conditions. Secondary purpose of the study is to observe the safety of a single oral dose of the test preparation and the reference preparation in healthy adult Chinese subjects under fasting and fed conditions.

A single-center, randomized, open, two-period, self-crossover, single-dose design was used to compare the differences in absorption extent and absorption rate between cloperidone hydrochloride tablets (specification: 10 mg) produced by Chengdu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Diao Group and cloperidone hydrochloride tablets (trade name: HUSTAZOL®, specification: 10 mg) produced by Nipro ES Pharma Co., Ltd. in healthy Chinese people under the condition of postprandial administration, and to evaluate the safety of cloperidone hydrochloride tablets produced by Chengdu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Diao Group.
