主要研究目的：以江苏正大清江制药有限公司研制的头孢克洛干混悬剂（规格：0.125g）为受试制剂，按生物等效性研究的有关规定，与苏州西克罗制药有限公司生产的头孢克洛干混悬剂（商品名：希刻劳®，参比制剂，规格：0.125g）对比在健康人体内的相对生物利用度，考察两制剂的人体生物等效性。次要研究目的：比较头孢克洛干混悬剂受试制剂（规格：0.125g）和参比制剂（规格：0.125g）在健康试验参与者中的安全性。

Main research purpose: The cefaclor dry suspension (specification: 0.125g) developed by Jiangsu Zhengda Qingjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was used as the test preparation. According to the relevant provisions of bioequivalence studies, the relative bioavailability of the two preparations in healthy humans was compared with that of the cefaclor dry suspension (trade name: Xikeluo®, reference preparation, specification: 0.125g) produced by Suzhou Xikro Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to investigate the human bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary research purpose: Compare the safety of the cefaclor dry suspension test preparation (specification: 0.125g) and the reference preparation (specification: 0.125g) in healthy trial participants.

Study on LC-MS/MS method for determination of genotoxic impurities ate in gemcitabine hydrochloride

To establish a convenient LC-MS/MS anal. method for the determination of genotoxic impurities including Me methanesulfonate and Et methanesulfonate in 2-deoxy-D-ribose.The anal. was performed on C₁₈ (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column maintained at 40°C with a mobile phase of methanol-water (V:V=30:70).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The split ratio was 30% and 10 μL sample solution was injected into the LC-MS/MS system.Detection of the reference solution and the sample solution was carried out by APCI on a TSQ Quantum Ultra LC-MS/MS system.The assay of Me methanesulfonate and Et methanesulfonate was linear over the range 20-200 μg/L, with a limit of detection of 4 μg/L and with a limit of quantitation of 10 μg/L.The method was rapid, sensitive, selective, and reliable for the determination of genotoxic impurities including Me methanesulfonate and Et methanesulfonate in gemcitabine hydrochloride.

HPLC determination of aristolochic acid in Yishen Juanbi pill

To establish a sensitive and good reproducibility method of determining aristolochic acid A in Yishen Juanbi pill.RP-HPLC method was adopted.Diamonsil C18 column, 5μm, 4.6×250 mm was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (69:30:1) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 35°C.The UV-detection wavelength was 250 nm.The results suggested that under the range from 0.011 to 0.304μg and the regression equation Y=5308818X-4676, the recoveries (n=9) of the method was 99.31%.The method was accurate, sensitive, specific, and suitable.
