Main research purpose: Through fasting/postprandial test studies, investigate the in vivo pharmacokinetic characteristics of the test preparation ibuprofen tablets (specification: 0.2 g, produced by Huadong Medicine (Xi'an) Bohua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the reference preparation ibuprofen tablets (trade name: Motrin IB, specification: 0.2 g, Perrigo R ANDD certified) after a single oral administration of the test preparation ibuprofen tablets (specification: 0.2 g, produced by Huadong Medicine (Xi'an) Bohua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) to healthy Chinese subjects under fasting/postprandial conditions, and evaluate the bioequivalence of the two preparations. Secondary research purpose: Evaluate the safety of a single oral administration of 0.2 g of the test preparation and the reference preparation of ibuprofen tablets in healthy Chinese subjects

Determination of related substances in sulbenicillin sodium by HPLC

The objective is to establish methods for measuring related substances in sulbenicillin sodium.The content of related substances in sulbenicillin sodium was measured by adopting reversed phase high performance liquid chromatog. (HPLC) method, taking octadecyl silane linked silica gel as the filling agent, acetonitrile-tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide solution as the mobile phase and 220 nm of detection wave length.The recovery ratio was 98.3%, RSD was 5.7% and the min. quant. limit was 0.41 ng.The method had simple operation and accurate results and it could be used in controlling the content of related substances in sulbenicillin sodium.

Near IR (NIR) spectroscopy and chemometrics were applied to the quant. anal. of total flavonol glycosides and terpene lactone in ginkgo leaf tablets.PLS regression model was set up using a calibration set by 39 samples.The prediction set was set up by 13 samples.The prediction set was predicted by applying the method.The related coefficients R were 0.9788 and 0.9619 as indicated from the cross-validation, resp.The root mean square error of cross validation was 0.104 and 0.063, resp.The correlation coefficient of the true value and predicted value was 0.9199 and 0.9318, and the root mean square of prediction was 0.107 and 0.105.NIR spectroscopy method was simple, rapid and accurate.The method could be applied in rapid qual. and quant. of different batches of ginkgo leaf tablets.

To establish adsorption voltammetry method for determining seratrodast.Seratrodast has a linear scanning reduction peak on Hg electrode in a 0.3 mol/L KH₂PO₄-Na₂HPO₄ (pH 6.40) solution, and the peak has obvious adsorptivity.This paper establishes the optimal conditions for determining seratrodast by adsorption voltammetry, and the detection limit is 2 × 10^-8 mol/L^-1.The method has high sensitivity, repeatability and accuracy.
